Alyssa Ostby Coutts, MMS, PA-C is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated with her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2015 and has specialized in dermatology ever since.
Alyssa’s passion for dermatology is driven by the diversity of the field. She specializes in preventative skin cancer screenings and is proficient in surgical procedures, including excisions and biopsies. She has years of experience with various laser treatments, such as laser hair removal, Nd:YAG, and IPL for pigmentation, vascular growths, and acne. Her dedication to providing high-quality patient care is evident in her thoroughness and attention to detail and she enjoys being a positive part of the team at SelectSkin MD.
Alyssa is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA), Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), and Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (FSDPA).
